• I received my item damaged?

Notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. Submit photos of the damaged organizer along with a brief description to support@calenlove.com. Do not throw away the shipping carton and packaging. Once you have submitted your claim a replacement part will be shipped. Claims after two days will not be granted.

• When will my order ship?

Orders ship in 1-5 business days. This does not include weekends and holidays. It's the amount of time it takes for production, not shipping time frame. Custom orders take longer.
